Reducing our carbon footprint and preserving resources

Since 2022, we have launched our first carbon assessment and initiated the ADEME Act Pas à Pas program.

This commitment is reflected in concrete actions: the gradual electrification of our vehicle fleet and the exclusive use of low-emission vehicles, the introduction of a sustainable mobility plan, responsible water management, and the recycling of end-of-life uniforms.

Our goal is clear: –40% in travel-related emissions by 2027.

Creating an inclusive and supporting work environment

Our teams are key to everything we achieve. We have chosen to build an HR policy based on diversity, inclusion, and quality of life at work.

  • 60% of our employees live in priority neighborhoods, highlighting our role as a local partner.
  • We have developed an ambitious disability inclusion policy, welcoming 50 interns each year, in partnership with specialized organizations (COS, EPNAK, Belle Alliance, and others).

Responsibility also means exemplary governance. WO Group has integrated CSR principles into its management tools and will comply with the CSRD directive starting in 2025.

We are part of Les Entreprises s’engagent community, reaffirming our commitment to ethics and transparency at the core of our business model.

Our ambition: achieve 45% female representation on the Executive Committee by 2027 and build governance that reflects the diversity of our talent.

Fostering inclusion and supporting local communities

Our mission goes beyond providing airport services — we aim to be a positive force in the regions where we operate.

We work in partnership with Aerowork, École de la 2ᵉ Chance, and more than 10 local integration organizations to promote access to sustainable employment.
